Looking to Men in Black for a bit of wisdom we learn from Agent K that: ”A person is smart, but people are stupid.” Admittedly, this gives a lot of credit to some persons, but its a pretty concise take on group dynamic, and in this episode The Ladies discuss how to keep the dumb out of the group and the think in group think.

About Tim Boothby
Tim Boothby is a fan from the old school, he was hooked on Tolkien, Verne, Wells, Clarke and a huge list of others from the time he started reading. He's equally old school about gaming, starting back to when the D&D books were mostly faded mimeograph pages that smelled funny and stained your fingers when you held them and the standard dice exploded when you threw them at the wall. Since then he’s played more than 30 Role Playing Games and designed a few himself. He combined his love of classic science-fiction, fantasy, gaming with his appreciation of the internet and (occasionally questionable) journalistic skills to build a small network of gaming-related sites: The Fantasy Artists, Role-Players and Writer’s Guild, Scribe of the Realm and co-founded Red Zone Fandom.
